re cross tools for macosx

I have sucessfully built pcc-3.3.2-glibc-2.3.2 combinations for ppc
(603e) and mips.  This was done using crosstools 0.40.  I have not had
time to run the crosstools against any of my projects but the builds
were fine.

Still looking for combination for linux 2.4.20 or 2.4.18.
