crosstool-0.41 release candidate building...

OK, I think I have crosstool-0.41 sorted out.
I'm doing the build matrix now.  If it looks ok, I'll release tomorrow.

Assuming gcc-4.1.0 is released this week, I should be able to do crosstool-0.42
this coming weekend.  So please keep those patches coming!
