Removing -hdrs-2.6.12.0 from .dat names

Since the sanitized 2.6 headers seem to be working
well, I'm going to stop noting in .dat file names
whether they're being used, I think. So instead of
x86_64-gcc-4.0.2-glibc-2.3.6-hdrs-2.6.12.0.dat.txt
we'll have just
x86_64-gcc-4.0.2-glibc-2.3.6.dat.txt

That will give room for other, more interesting names, like

x86_64-gcc-4.0.2-glibc-2.3.6-tls.dat.txt

where -tls indicates that glibc was compiled with
--with-tls and --with-__thread, say.

I doubt anyone was too attached to the old long names,
but let me know if I'm wrong.
