build error for sh4 using latest snapshot of gcc

i can do that, as long as i'm convinced that what i did was a valid
test since, as i mentioned, i didn't incorporate *any* of the other
patches that have come up with respect to gcc4 and SH.
i used the above settings and the only patch i added to crosstool was
the one i posted previously that was a slight mod to the earlier
fixincl patch.
if the error i got is worth reporting, i can do that.
