consensus on patches for gcc-4.0.2?

  was there a general agreement on the patches that had to be brought
forward for gcc-4.0.2?  as i recall, there were:

	gcc-4.0.1/fix-fixincl.ptch
	gcc-4.0.1/pr20815-fix.patch
	gcc-4.0.0/gcc-4.0-arm-bigendian.patch

  also, in my wanderings, i stumbled over the patches directories at
"linux from scratch", including this gcc patches directory which
includes a number of other gcc-4.0.2-related patches (which may or may
not be at all relevant to crosstool):
