ldconfing missing after GLIBC_INSTALL_APPS_LATER

Hi,

after running crosstool-0.32 scrip for mips, ldconfig is not located in 
the sys-root/sbin folder as I expected.
Only a full installation glibc fixed the problem.

In crosstool.sh I replaced:

  make install_root=${SYSROOT} $GLIBC_SYSROOT_ARG install-bin 
install-rootsbin install-sbin install-data install-others
with
  make install_root=${SYSROOT} $GLIBC_SYSROOT_ARG install

Is there another install target (to install ldconfig) I don't know?
