Patches to build gcc 3.4.3 / glibc 2.3.5 on cygwin

Hi Dan,
following patches are needed to build gcc-3.4.3/glibc-2.3.5 toolchain
on cygwin. Tested to build toolchains for powerpc 604 and 750 targets.
