[PATCH] to support SH3 big-endian chain using sanitized headers

  to summarize, the two file patches necessary to build an SH3 chain
consisting of

	gcc-4.1-20050501
	glibc-20050502
	binutils-2.15.96

(i'm hoping this is the right diff format.)  additional patches coming
shortly to handle newer binutils snapshots.
