CT: An option not to clean the entire build-dir

Hi Dan,

Having used CT numerous times, I've found myself commenting away the line:

rm -rf $PREFIX

in "all.sh" line 114, over and over again.
I do it on order to avoid building correctly build stuff again and again 
having changed only some small details somewhere.

How about adding an option (like --nobuild) to avoid the removal - e.g. 
"--noremovalofbuilddir" :-)
