0.37's not bad, but 0.38 is coming out pretty soon.  The changelog so far:

0.38:
     * buildsrpms.sh now correctly aborts if no CPUs supported
     * updated gcc-4.*.dat to binutils-2.16.1, carried forward the three
       patches from patches/binutils-2.15 that still apply
     * added patches/gcc-{4.0.1,4.1-2005070[29]}/fix-fixincl.patch
       since otherwise <limits.h> doesn't work :-(
