crosstool 037 and Sparc 9

    I am trying to install crosstool in my Ultra30/Solaris 9 box.  From 
what I understood off the page 
http://kegel.com/crosstool/crosstool-0.37/doc/crosstool-howto.html#solaris, 
I must use gcc 3.2? Reason is that right now the box has gcc 4.0 and I 
was going to go for the latest gcc.
