crosstool-0.36 coming up soonish

Dan,

Please find attached a patch to 'crosstools-0.35' which
stores the build configuration variables in the 
resulting directory (eg. for future reference).
during the build process.

eg.
echo "TARGET=$TARGET" > $PREFIX/configuration
