How to generate a cross tool for my reqirement?

Hi, 

I need a cross compiler that of the host is Redhat 9, target is
IOP321(Xscale), and the cross compiler should support linux kernel
2.6.x and pthread applications. How can I make the toolchain? Or, is
there any exist scripe that can help me?
