xscale toolchain build eroor in crosstool

This is a known problem.  It's fixed in 3.4.4 and mainline (and maybe 4.0.0).
See http://gcc.gnu.org/PR16201 for a patch.
I might be able to include a patch for gcc-3.4.3 in crosstool-0.32,
time permitting.
