[RFC] [PATCH] Patches for GCC bootstrap header file install for MIPS and other targets...

Greetings.

Here is how I solved the problem with MIPS header file installation
for glibc. I patched both the 'crosstool.sh' script as well as glibc.
I like this method, but I would like to hear feedback from others.
