ftp.gnu.org flaky at moment

ftp.gnu.org is being a bit flaky at the moment; it's
dropping connections on login often, and when you do
get through, it often says it can't find gcc-3.4.3.tar.bz2.
(Sounds like the server is out of file handles.)

This was crimping my style bigtime, so I added a workaround
into getandpatch.sh.  Turns out gcc.gnu.org is a different
machine that is working fine, so I just added two fallback
URLs in the call to getUnpackAndPatch.  And it worked!
If the flakiness extends to other tarballs, I'll see about
adding fallback URLs for them, too.
