building glibc headers step needed in gcc 3.4.3

yes, a bunch of targets are broken in the 3.4.3 release ... you can find a 
combo patch i wrote some time ago here:
http://viewcvs.gentoo.org/sys-devel/gcc/files/3.4.3/gcc-3.4.3-cross-compile.patch?rev=1.7&view=markup

you may just want to rip out the hunk for i386, but it'll fix up 
sh/ppc/ppc64/x86 too
