merging uclibc support patch into crosstool

Yes, these are the vital ones.

These are not as important to merge, you can skip them for the moment.
Well, testhello might be nice.

I would suggest sticking with the older uClibc for the moment; can
ptxdist build with the older one temporarily?

Heh.  Yes, once you get the other stuff out of the way, the ptx changes
are probably small by comparison...
