Problems when running the demo.sh from crosstool-0.27

Sounds like a corrupted download.  Delete that file
from the download directory and start over.
Or try http://kegel.com/crosstool/crosstool-0.28-rc16.tar.gz
which (unless I screwed up again) won't even try to download
that file normally.
