libgcc is reentrant, right?

I've been assuming all along that libgcc is reentrant.
Hopefully that's the case, but I can't actually find that
documented anywhere. Is libgcc guaranteed to be re-entrant for
all targets?

The target I'm currently concerned about is the H8/300.
