Version tags in crosstool?

That's an interesting question.  I could try adding a file
that has the username, date, and directory name the
toolchain was built in.
A list of patches applied would be nice, but that
would have to be a log from getandpatch.sh.
Hmm.  I'll have to think about it a bit.
