ptx.config in crosstool

Yes.  See ptxdist*/scripts/settoolchain.sh.  This is called
by ptx.sh (which is called by all.sh) already, so you shouldn't
need to set those things by hand.  Did you find something it
didn't set correctly?  If so, please submit a patch...
