puzzled on how to integrate arm kernel patch(es) into crosstool

Hi Dan;

  Very amusing...Rick Bronson is one of our off-site consultants for the arm 
board we are using...interesting full circle...

  I'm not aware of any other arm9 patch source location, although I was hoping 
that this would be integrated into the arm patch world, Rick did try to 
submit changes...
