building native arm/xscale toolchain via cross compiler

Hi Dave;

  I've used http://www.kegel.com/crosstool/ with very slight tweaks to get an
arm cross compiler. I think it needs an arm-specific patch to be 100%
complete and I'm still working on that. The author of crosstool uses powerpc
chips (obviously) and so the script seems to support it more than the other
chips. I'd really like to hear your comments once you look at it. I'd
suggest that you join the crossgcc mailing list at
(http://sources.redhat.com/ml/crossgcc/).

Thanks,
Ken
