crosstool & Solaris 9 gcc 3.4

crosstool builds gcc-3.4 fine, has for months.
Use crosstool-0.28-rc37, post any problems you have.
However, note that it only generates toolchains that generate
code for Linux targets; you can't use it to build compilers
that build Solaris executables.
