crosstool-0.28-rc34: initial glibc-2.3.3 support, nicer RPM support

Thanks.  Note that that page points to

http://kegel.com/crosstool/crosstool-0.28-rc23.tar.gz:patches/glibc-2.3.2/glibc-2.3.2-cygwin.patch
etc.

so I'm going to just do a
   cd patches
   cp glibc-2.3.2/glibc-2.3.2-cygwin.patch glibc-2.3.3
   ... same thing for other part ...
