I just finished building this combination on Linux. I've used
a version of the same script successfully on OSX, Solaris, and
Cygwin with earlier versions of the tools, so it should work with
this combination, too. The script is attached.
You'll need these source packages to use the script:
binutils-2.15.tar.bz2
gcc-core-3.4.1.tar.bz2
gcc-g++-3.4.1.tar.bz2
gcc-g77-3.4.1.tar.bz2
newlib-1.12.0.tar.gz
gdb-6.2.tar.bz2
