Hi,

I'm working on building a linux kernel on Mac OS X, and am getting the
following error when running 'make menuconfig':

make[1]: Nothing to be done for `__build'.
   HOSTLLD -shared scripts/kconfig/libkconfig.so
/usr/bin/ld: Undefined symbols:
_main
collect2: ld returned 1 exit status
make[1]: *** [scripts/kconfig/libkconfig.so] Error 1
make: *** [menuconfig] Error 2

I came across the OS X excerpt in the how to, and patch for 2.6.5. Is
this still the preferred method for building a kernel under OS X, or
should I be going another route to build?

Thanks!

Eric
