I've never managed to release a version with them in it!
I've been promising 0.28 Real Soon Now for so many months
it's getting a bit silly.  I wanted to test 0.28 in a real
world setting, and it turns out the real world is pretty
demanding.  (e.g. I spent some time recently getting rpm support
just so.)  Anyway, go ahead and use the dev version for now,
and send us feedback on any problems you hit.
