Iinterface for debug and/test?

Hello again.

Something else I've been looking at, is the setup of a debug and testing 
environment for our new board (ColdFire or DragonBall based; see earlier 
posts.) I plan to debug with gdb, as usual. On the hardware side, I've 
considered the e.g. products listed here:

Is anyone familiar with those? What other options do I have? Also, I'd 
like to hear about other people's experience with (GDB) debugging on 
external boards in general.
