arm soft float tool chain

Hi everybody,
   I want a prebuilt soft float toolchain(arm-linux- family) for arm 9 core (preferably gcc 2.95.3 or 2.95.4 based). I tried to get a prebuilt one but all of the toolchain I downloaded were hardfloat.Is it available for download ?
