no --with-sysroot in binutil? Re: --with-sysroot not in gcc-3.3.x?

Forget --with-sysroot.  It won't be available in a released gcc until
gcc-3.4 is out.

Fine; so set PREFIX yourself before running crosstool.sh (or all.sh).
