GCC arm-wince-pe target

Hello, All.

Does anybody have experience in linking object files
produced by GCC for arm-wince-pe target with other object files
produced by WinCE 4.2 Platform Builder using the latter tool?

I'm relatively new to compiler tools internals, and may be doing
something wrong, but I can't correctly link even simple "Hello world"...
(In fact it is linked with some warnings, but in place of NKDbgPrintfW()
call I see only 'bl' instruction to the end of my function.)

Is the object file format the same for WinCE 3.0 and WinCE 4.2?
What one is supported by arm-wince-pe target?
