Bill's script updated to 3.2.3

Hey, that was easier!  I only had to run through the script four
times before I got a good run.  3.2.3 appears to have fewer
build quirks at first glance.  It helped to have a debugged
script to start with, I s'pose.

Maybe I'll actually *test* the resulting toolchain tomorrow :-)
