Updating Bill's script to gcc-3.2.3

Second nit: I get an error building glibc-2.2.5 with gcc-3.2.3
(see http://sources.redhat.com/ml/libc-hacker/2002-05/msg00024.html
for first report of the error) unless I apply the patch

(I'm using the gcc, glibc, and binutils recommended by the linux-sh
project.  I probably ought to look at what patches they applied, eh?)
