Bill's script and glibc-2.2.2. Updated patch.

Next problem (man, I'm hitting them all):
I need glibc to install gnu/stubs.h, else I can't build the final compiler.
That's normally installed with target install-other. But if I try
to build that, I get the error mentioned in

http://gcc.gnu.org/ml/gcc-bugs/1998-06/msg00168.html
http://gcc.gnu.org/ml/gcc/2002-07/msg00523.html

The exact error was:

make[2]: Entering directory `/home3/dank/bg/b/glibc-2.2.2/nss'
powerpc-linux-gcc nsswitch.c -c -O2 -Wall -Winline -Wstrict-prototypes -Wwrite-strings -g -mnew-mnemonics -Wa,-mppc -mpowerpc -I../include -I. -I/home3/dank/bg/b/build-glibc/nss -I.. -I../libio

/home3/dank/bg/b/build-glibc/nss/nsswitch.o

make[1]: *** [nss/subdir_lib] Error 2
make[1]: Leaving directory `/home3/dank/bg/b/glibc-2.2.2'

so I'm going back to passing a real target on the make commandline,
though it looks a bit bulky, e.g. make ${PREFIX}/${TARGET}/include/gnu/stubs.h
