arm-linux-gcc for armv5te

Hi folks,
 I downloaded the sources for gcc 3.2.3 and found the
patch for PR8896 (-mcpu=xscale -fno-strict-aliasing
-O2' generates wrong code)  is not found in the file
reload1.c

Is the patch left unapplied intentionally ?
Is there anywhere from where i can download
precompiled arm-linux-gcc 3.2.3 which has the patch ?
