Anyone built a 3.x cross compiler that runs under mingwin?

Sorry, guess I was tired...

BTW, halfway between cygwin and mingw is cygwin with the
-f-no-cygwin switch, right?  That gets you most of what you
want.  Wonder how hard it'd be to get a gcc built with that
to run.
