It's the same toolset, since the CPUs are very similar. To specify the
exact CPU type, use a compiler flag such as "-m68020". If you don't use
such a flag, the code generated will be restricted to instructions that are
available on all the chips - thus it will avoid instructions such as the bit
manipulation instructions that were introduced in the 68020.
