Very good news!

But,
http://www.voxware.com/opensource/gcc-3.2-src-021703.tar.bz2 is corrupted:
>bzip2 -t gcc-3.2-src-021703.tar.bz2
bzip2: gcc-3.2-src-021703.tar.bz2: file ends unexpectedly

You can use the `bzip2recover' program to attempt to recover
data from undamaged sections of corrupted files.
