cross gcc3.2.3 for arm (iPAQ)

Hello,

we have succesfully used crosstools-0.10.0 to compile gcc3.2.3
crosscompiler to ARM on x86 build host. This crosscompiler was then used
to compile full-featured MICO[1] build. We have also been even able to
test that for example dynamically loaded and installed CCM (CORBA
Component Model) components (MicoCCM[2] project) are working well on
device like HP/C iPAQ.

Thanks to you all for providing MICO project with the possibility to build
such excelent crosscompiler.
