What Target to use for SH4 ?

I use sh4-unknown-linux-gnu.

See http://kegel.com/crosstool.  I'm getting close to releasing
a build-and-test script for a gcc/glibc based cross-toolchain
that *actually passes the gcc and glibc regression test suites*
remotely on sh4.
