cannot open crt0.o

Hi Bill,
I followed exactly same configuration described at
http://billgatliff.com/twiki/bin/view/Crossgcc/BuildBootstrapGcc to build
the bootstrap gcc.
And then I tried to build newlib as per the configuration
described at http://billgatliff.com/twiki/bin/view/Crossgcc/BuildNewlib.
But still, configuration for newlib fails, as it expects crt0.o to be
already built. Does, bootstrap compiler expected to build crt0.o??
Regards,
Abhijit.
