Problem building powerpc cross - array too large?

Just to corroborate, the "copied no to" message is to be taken
literally,
i.e., the word "no" was copied into the file COPIED in the sys-include
directory.
This happens when you tell configure to not use headers, via the
--without-headers
flag. So, it is doing as asked, and this is not really a warning or
error message, just
an info message.
