Assembler, Linker and Librarian Material

Hi,

Currently I am involved in upgradation of existing c/c++ compiler toolkit 
for powerpc. specifically assembler, linker and librarian. I have all 
specifications. Does anybody guide me about the book which is very good from 
implementation point of view. If there is any informative website please let 
me know.
