I need guidance

[Manmeet Singh Johar]

I'm very very new to this field. So would like to know where do I start
from. From a Book/website/source-code.
Please do help me out. I have basic knowledge about compilers but where
do I start to learn crossgcc?
I would really appreciate is someone could guide me.
