GCC 3.3 and newlib

Yes. 

I have built gcc-3.3.2 + newlib-1.11.0 *-rtems cross toolchains for
approximately 10 targets (One-tree-style, --enable-languages="c,c++").

None of the patches I am using is related to general building issues.
