libstdc++-v3/libmath: cannot find math.h

Umm, at least as late as last week you _could_ do this
(build everything in one step), and I'd be curious to
know the reason why not now. This is documented in the
crossgcc FAQ at
http://www.sthoward.com/CrossGCC/FAQ-4.html#ss4.2 .
Shaun, were you building with a combined tree?

I would be quite unhappy if this no longer is the
case.
