68000 cross compiler under windows 2000

Hi all, 
I'm trying to compile the gcc compiler as a cross compiler for the M68HC11
processor and keep running into this nasty error that I don't know how to
fix.

Specifically:

/bin/sh ./genfixes machname.h 
-uError the system cannot find the file specified
make[2]: *** machname.h Error 1

Where do I go from here?
