Where is gnu-win32?

Section 4.7 of the FAQ, "Win32 hosted cross-compilers", says that
there's a release kept in ftp://ftp.cygnus.com/pub/gnu-win32.  I take
it this host name is no longer valid.  Where is the new location for
this, if any?
